Accomodation

We all want to live in a place of security and safety with familiar surroundings. SmallOpportunities will assist in finding a place to live. We will ensure the service user gets a fair deal and if needed will act on the service users behalf. This can be either for the individual or a group of friends with learning disabilities who want to live together and share support. Any property we find is taken on a long term let to ensure security for the service user. The accommodation is separate to our support services

When we use an example age range 18-30 as the age of our housemates this does not mean a person has to stop using our services. We will still continue to support. Our specialisation is in this age range. Although this age range will rise as the age of those who choose to continue using our services rises.

Any accommodation using our service are supervised 24 hours a day or for as many hours as needed. Housemates are encouraged to do things for themselves although our team of support staff are on hand to assist if necessary.
